Indonesia Java Coffee (12oz.)
Indonesia’s coffee story began on the island of Java, where coffee was first cultivated in the late 1600s under Dutch colonial influence. Over time, “Java” became synonymous with coffee itself, representing a legacy of craftsmanship, tradition, and a distinct flavor profile shaped by the island’s rich volcanic soil and tropical climate.
Java Indonesia from the Pancoer Estate carries that legacy forward. Established in 1894, this historic estate remains one of the island’s most respected producers, spanning over a thousand hectares and yielding coffee that reflects both scale and precision. Each cherry is carefully hand-picked and fully washed, then sun-dried—methods that preserve clarity and bring out the coffee’s refined character.
In the cup, this coffee is a true expression of classic Java: smooth chocolate notes layered with subtle spice, gentle earthy undertones, and a clean, sweet finish that lingers. It’s a profile that speaks to balance rather than intensity—elegant, grounded, and deeply rooted in history.
