Grown high in the mountains of Costa Rica at 1,450 to 1,750 meters, this naturally processed coffee dries in the whole cherry, and the fruit comes through in a big way. Expect bright raspberry and tangy starfruit up front, softened by floral hibiscus and the gentle structure of black tea. Cocoa nib adds depth underneath, and the cup closes with a long, winey finish. It’s bold, fruit-forward and unlike anything else on the table.
